Cappuccino
Also known as cappuccino, it is a coffee drink whose origin is situated in Italy. In that country and in some more it is served in glass with a saucer and napkin underneath.

The name of this drink is inspired by the habits of certain friars who used to wear their hair totally white except for a ring of brown hair that surrounded their heads.

Unlike latte, cappuccino carries less milk, but more foam. This drink is prepared with espresso coffee, hot milk and steamed milk foam. In this case, the texture and temperature of the milk are very important. Milk is vaporized to the point where small bubbles appear in it; giving it the softness and characteristic creamy appearance.

Latte
On the other hand, the Latte contains more textured or steamed milk. It had its origin in America, although with some Italian influences; even in Italy the word “latte” is used to refer to latte.

Unlike the cappuccino, the Latte is usually served in porcelain cups to retain better and longer the properties of coffee. Finally, although it carries more milk, it has less foam than the cappuccino.
