Dukan diet
This plan was proposed by Dr. Pierre Dukan and the main feature of the Dukan diet is that it allows those who continue to consume foods that are very high in protein, in addition to that they can ingest the amounts they desire from them. However, carbohydrates or carbohydrates and fats are kept to a minimum daily.

Since the amount of carbohydrates that can be consumed should be low, in the Dukan diet you will not drink alcohol, you will not eat vegetables in the first stage and fruits will only be eaten in the stage where you have managed to lose weight.

Ketogenic diet

Finally, instead of 10, the ketogenic diet has a minimum period of 11 days before the person returns to normal eating. In both cases there are detractors and defenders; but several studies suggest that following these plans for a long time can have negative health consequences and in some cases you can regain the lost weight of stroke due to what is known as the “rebound effect”.
